Here is a ‘lecious smoothie recipe for you to start your day with! 🙂
I have been feeling a little bloated and heavy lately, so I decided to start the day off right! This week, I will try to make better choices when it comes to food. This past week, the colder weather and the winter nights made me drink lots of hot chocolate and made me snack more than I should have and my body definitely feels it…so now it is time to get back on track!
Acai Berry Smoothie Ingredients:
- Sambazon Acai Berry pack – from Sprouts
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Vanilla Yoghurt
- Honey is optional if you want it more sweet
Throw these ingredients into the mixer, mix, and you have a delicious smoothie!
